| The 1700 square foot main house will sleep four to eight people in two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a sunroom off the living room. The living room offers a television with cable programming and many different types of music. The large wrap-around couch and chairs provide ample seating. |

The spacious kitchen will entice you if you are inclined toward gourmet cooking, or you can always put together the perfect picnic for the beach. Every kitchen gadget needed is close at hand. |

A large formal dining room is available or for a more casual
ambiance take your meals out onto the lanai. |

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with
Jacuzzi tub. Sliding doors open onto your own private lanai,
which is perfect for early morning meditation, afternoon
reading, or enjoying ocean breezes before bed. The surrounding
garden’s tropical flowers are a gift to the senses. |

The
master bath has a large shower and Jacuzzi tub. Another full bath with a shower is off the hall.
The second full bedroom, fondly known as “Grandma’s Room”
contains the owner’s grandmother’s antique queen size bed. Just
like the master bedroom, sliding doors lead outside to
beautiful private gardens and tropical foliage. |

Just off the living room, you’ll find a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. It can be opened as twin beds or utilized as a second king sized bed. This room also has two futons. |
